I can see how he wouldn't be on the faculty listings. Until our beloved, honored law school updated its website a couple of weeks ago, its faculty bios page was the weirdest collection of names you've ever seen. Some names weren't on there, some names that were on there had long left the school, full professors were classified as clinical professors or adjuncts, etc. What a mess. I think they still had a Frank Remington bio up there somewhere.
